The “platinum” sponsorship is an exclusive offer for one sponsor that wishes to demonstrate its appreciation of diversity and language acquisition in the community. The Platinum sponsorship receives a sizeable cache of rewards and promotional benefits, and their support is critical in providing support to the logistics, rental, and operations of the conference venue.

The “gold” sponsorship opportunity acknowledges a strong commitment towards pluralism. This level enjoys high visibility leading up to and during our conference. Gold sponsors are critical in supporting the attendance of high-profile, qualified keynote speakers.

The “silver” sponsorship opportunity acknowledges the imagination of the sponsor in seeing the potential of immigrants and refugees living in Alberta. Support at this level is essential for providing gifts and tokens of appreciation to the many volunteer speakers who are leading plenary sessions and workshops.

Lunch (2 Opportunities - Meal Sponsor) — $1000.00
The “lunch” sponsorship promotes diversity and the uniqueness it brings to the community. Contributions at this level receive recognition for their support of Canada’s multiethnic and multicultural tapestry (and future). Support at this level ensures that meals at the conference are paid for and attendees are able to stay focused on professional development, rather than rumbling stomachs.

Sponsorship Payment Contract
To show your support for the ATESL 2019 conference, please send an email to sponsorship@atesl.ca indicating your preferred category of sponsorship.
The benefits of sponsorships have specific timelines and will begin upon receipt of payment. All sponsorship payments must be received before the payment deadline of October 5th, 2019. If payment is received after this date, certain benefits cannot be guaranteed due to time restrictions and logistics. Benefits for sponsorship will be according to descriptions listed above. Every effort will be made to accommodate requests for alternative benefits to those listed above.
In-Kind Donations
In-kind donations to the ATESL 2019 conference are also welcome and will be acknowledged during the conference and on the conference webpage. We are currently seeking donations of gifts for our speakers and door prizes for our attendees and welcome all manner of gift cards.

To become a conference sponsor please complete the 2019 Conference Sponsorship Agreement and send to sponsorship@atesl.ca .
To make payment, please use the online payment OR send a cheque as detailed in the sponsorship agreement.
