Proposal Submission

Only electronic submissions will be accepted via the ATESL 2024 Call for Presentation Proposal form. Proposals will be accepted Monday, June 17 through Wednesday, July 31st at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time. Late submissions will not be accepted.

If you are submitting proposals for several sessions, you must complete one form for each session.

Please note: ATESL does not provide letters of invitation or consultation for travel visas for international presenters.

Proposal Review and Selection Process

Proposals will be blind reviewed by two program committee members based on the following criteria:

• Relevance to the ATESL community
• Connections to relevant and current theory, practice, research, and/or policy
• Session plan and outcomes, and
• Quality of abstract

Information and Training Sessions

The ATESL Conference Committee will provide training sessions and recorded screencasts to help presenters and organizations prepare for ATESL 2024 online. All successful applicants will be invited to attend a session on Pheedloop, our event platform, and Zoom, the webinar tool.
